Your English is fine. Your impact is not.
A 60-minute diagnostic for senior professionals, founders, and executives whose spoken English doesn't yet land at the level of their expertise. Built around the friction that costs you authority in the first thirty seconds.
You speak English every day. So why does authority keep getting lost in the moments that matter most?
You can write well. You can run a meeting. You operate professionally in English. And yet, under pressure, something shifts. Your message lands slower. People understand you eventually, but not immediately. The first thirty seconds quietly cost you authority you've already earned.
- The first 30 seconds of a high-stakes call
- Unscripted questions in a board or investor meeting
- VSLs, panels, podcasts, anything recorded
- Pitch moments that decide deals or rounds
- Phone calls and noisy environments
- Small talk and informal networking
The version of you that shows up in your native language doesn't always make it into English.
For most clients, this is the real pain. Not "my English is bad." It's the gap between the operator they are in their native language and the operator who shows up under English pressure.
In your native language YOU AT FULL STRENGTH
- Sharp, fast-thinking, persuasive
- Charisma and humor land instantly
- You're read as senior on contact
- You run the room
In English under pressure WHAT GETS LOST
- Slower delivery, less precise execution
- Reduced expressiveness, less spontaneity
- Risk of being read as more junior than you are
- Listeners spend the first minute "adjusting"
It's not how you speak. It's how your communication lands.
The real problem isn't vocabulary, grammar, or even your accent. It's listener effort. The small, invisible work an audience has to do to follow you. Cut that effort, and you stop sounding fluent. You start sounding senior.
The first thirty seconds set how an audience reads your authority for the rest of the conversation. That's where the diagnostic starts.
The same person. The same content. Easier to follow.
Real client recordings, before and after targeted intervention. Listen for the friction in the first version. Notice how much faster the second version lands.

Simple, structured, designed for busy operators.
Three steps. Each one short. Every minute spent inside the diagnostic is calibrated to your real speaking patterns.
Record two short videos
One reading aloud, one speaking freely about your work. Phone vertical is fine. Recorded somewhere you feel at ease, ideally not at your peak. Everyday conditions give the most accurate picture.
10 to 15 minutes60-minute live session
Ben analyzes the highest-impact patterns in advance. In the session, you see them on the screen, hear them in your own voice, and correct a few of them live so you can feel the shift immediately.
60 minutes with BenPersonalized roadmap
You leave with a prioritized 3 to 6 month roadmap: what matters most, what can wait, and what kind of process would move you forward fastest. Whether you continue with us or not.
3 to 6 month planA diagnostic, not a class.
Most professionals at this level don't need more information. They need better diagnosis, more precise correction, and practice tied to the situations that actually matter.
Identify the patterns
The sounds, habits, and delivery issues that are quietly reducing your clarity.
Show the impact
Where listeners are spending extra effort to decode you, in green, yellow, and red zones.
Correct live
A few high-impact adjustments made during the session itself, in your own voice.
Build your roadmap
Clear priorities for the next 3 to 6 months. What to fix first, what to leave alone.
What you walk away with
A specific, prioritized diagnosis of where your English is quietly costing you authority, and the few interventions that would compress that gap the fastest. Whether you ever work with us again or not.
You'll be working with Ben. Directly.
Ben Latour is the founder of Latour Language Coaching. He's spent years working one-on-one with founders, senior executives, and high-performing professionals on the same problem you're here for: the gap between what they know and how they sound. The diagnostic is the same one he uses with every premium client, applied to your real context. Not to a curriculum.
What clients say after they've felt the change.
Within the first meeting, I had already learned more than in my 20+ years learning English. And that feeling never stopped.
Impossible to find someone like this on the market. There is no competition.
He clearly identified what I needed to fix and built a step-by-step strategy to correct it.
Built for executives, not beginners.
We do this work because precision matters. So does fit.
You'll likely recognize yourself if…
- You already use English at work, in real situations
- You know your expertise is solid, but your spoken English doesn't reflect it
- You feel sharper and more powerful in your native language
- You are understood, but not always immediately
- You suspect no one is showing you clearly enough what needs to change
- You want precision, not vague encouragement
This is not for you if…
- You're a beginner or intermediate English learner
- You're looking for grammar drills or vocabulary practice
- You want a self-paced course or modules
- You expect group classes or generic conversation practice
- You're not ready to look honestly at how you sound
What busy executives usually ask first.
Is this a sales call?
No. The $297 is what you pay for the session itself. You walk away with a real diagnosis and a roadmap whether or not we ever speak again. If you do choose to continue into coaching within 30 days, the $297 is credited toward your program.
What exactly happens in the session?
A 60-minute live, one-on-one session with Ben. He reviews your pre-session recordings beforehand and identifies the highest-impact patterns. In the session, you see them on the screen, hear them in your own voice, correct a few of them live, and leave with a prioritized 3 to 6 month roadmap.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Yes, but it's light. Two short videos: one reading aloud (we provide the text), one speaking freely for 1 to 2 minutes about yourself and your work. Phone vertical is fine. About 10 to 15 minutes total. Better when you're a little tired or off-peak. Everyday conditions give the most accurate picture.
I already speak English well. Is this for me?
Yes. This is built for exactly that profile. You're not here to learn English. You're here to find out why people understand you eventually but not immediately, and what specifically is costing you authority in the first thirty seconds.
How is this different from regular English coaching?
This isn't language teaching. It's a performance diagnostic. Most professionals at this level don't need more vocabulary, grammar, or generic practice. They need precise diagnosis, focused correction on the highest-impact patterns, and a roadmap built around their real context.
What happens after the diagnostic?
You leave with a clear, prioritized 3 to 6 month roadmap. Some clients act on it themselves. Others choose to continue with Ben on a longer engagement to install the changes into habit. There's no obligation either way. If you continue within 30 days, your $297 is credited toward your coaching.
Is this remote or in person?
Remote, over a video call. Quality matters more than the room. This works precisely because we can record, replay, and analyze your speech in real time.
Find out what's actually costing you authority in English, and what to do about it.
