These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of all services, products, content, and digital materials offered by LLC Impact Mentor (operating as Latour Language Coaching), referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the Coach.”

By accessing our website or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Use of Website & Content

All content on this website—including copy, videos, frameworks, assessments, downloadable material, images, branding, and training tools—is the intellectual property of Latour Language Coaching unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish any content without written permission.

Access is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Coaching Services

Purchasing coaching services grants you access to services such as:

Personalized assessments
Coaching sessions
Digital programs
Community access
Asynchronous support
Practice calls
Tools and frameworks (including the E.A.R. Framework)

If you sign a separate Coaching Agreement, that agreement controls the exact scope of services, schedule, payment terms, rescheduling rules, guarantees, and responsibilities.

If any terms conflict, the Coaching Agreement prevails.

4. Payment & Billing

By purchasing any coaching service or digital product, you agree:

To pay all fees in full according to the plan selected
That payments are non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-refundable
That payment plans must be completed in full

We may suspend access to services if payments fail.

Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

5. Refunds

Unless stated otherwise in a written Coaching Agreement:

All coaching services, digital programs, memberships, and asynchronous support are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable.

This includes:

High-Impact Action Sessions
1:1 Programs
Team Coaching
Digital Courses
Community Memberships
Practice Calls
All training tools and materials

This is because diagnostic work, preparation, and personalized coaching begin immediately after enrollment.

6. Scheduling & Rescheduling

Scheduling rules for coaching services are defined inside the signed Coaching Agreement.

In general:

24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited
If the Coach must reschedule, every effort will be made to accommodate the Client

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection (Loi 25 Compliant)

7.1 Client Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding coaching conversations, private information, and any sensitive data shared during coaching.

7.2 Data Privacy

In compliance with Québec’s Loi 25, Canada’s PIPEDA, and relevant international privacy laws, we may collect and store:

Name, email, phone number
Billing and payment information
Assessment responses
Uploaded files
Website and form behaviour analytics
Session recordings (when applicable)

7.3 Tools That Process or Store Data

We use secure third-party tools, including:

Kajabi, Calendly, Google Workspace, Hotjar, Loom, Zoom, WhatsApp (optional), Fathom transcripts, and others essential for delivering services.

These providers may store data in Canada, the U.S., or internationally depending on their infrastructure.

7.4 Your Rights

Under Loi 25 and PIPEDA, you may request:

Access to your data
Correction of data
Deletion of data (unless needed for legal record-keeping)
Information on our data-handling practices

8. Intellectual Property

All materials—including worksheets, frameworks, AI-enhanced content, video/audio exercises, assessments, and pronunciation tools—remain the intellectual property of Latour Language Coaching.

You receive a personal-use license only.

Redistribution, copying, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Coaching outcomes depend on client participation, effort, and consistency.

We do not guarantee:

Specific job outcomes
Promotions
Business results
Exact changes in confidence
Any particular professional or personal result

Where offered, performance guarantees are defined exclusively in the Coaching Agreement.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate access to services if:

Payments are repeatedly declined
Terms are violated
Harassment, abuse, or misconduct occurs
Intellectual property is misused

No refunds are issued upon termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada.

The courts of Québec have exclusive jurisdiction.

The parties expressly agree that English is the language chosen for drafting and interpreting this agreement.
