Someone capable, but less clear, less confident, or less impactful when speaking out loud. If that sounds like someone you know, this page is simply a way to make a thoughtful introduction.
You don’t need to explain our approach or convince anyone. Your role is to connect the dots. We’ll handle the rest, carefully and professionally.
Option A (recommended): Make a direct intro
The fastest, highest-quality referrals come from a simple 3-way intro (email or LinkedIn). Copy/paste one of the templates below.
Hey [Name], I’d like to introduce you to Ben Latour. He helps founders, executives, and senior professionals sound clear, confident, and natural in English, especially in high-stakes situations. Ben, meet [Name]. [Name] is [role/company]. English is already good, but they may benefit from your services. [Name], I’ll let you two take it from here. Best, [Your Name]

Option B: Send details privately
If you’d rather not do a 3-way intro, share the basics here. Keep it short. We only need enough context to reach out professionally.
What happens next
- We reach out with context (and your name only if you approve).
- They complete a short fit checkpoint (so we see if there's room for collaboration).
- If they join a paid program, we thank you.
Referral thank-you (simple)
If your referral becomes a client, you can choose one:
- 10% credit (cash bonus or account credit)
- 10% discount for your referral
- Donation in your name
We confirm the thank-you option only after your referral joins. No decisions needed upfront.

Referral benefits apply to the referred client’s first paid transaction only (unless explicitly agreed otherwise).
HIAS attribution window: If the referred client starts with a High-Impact Action Session (HIAS), referral benefits may apply to additional coaching programs purchased within 14 days of the HIAS purchase.
We reserve the right to decline referrals that are not a fit, and to modify or discontinue the referral program.
