REFUND POLICY

Latour Language Coaching (LLC Impact Mentor) offers specialized, personalized coaching programs designed to produce measurable improvements in spoken English, clarity, confidence, and communication performance. Because of the nature of diagnostic preparation, personalized materials, and limited coaching availability, all purchases are final.

 

This Refund Policy applies to all coaching programs, digital products, memberships, and services unless otherwise stated in a signed Coaching Agreement.


1. General Refund Policy

 

All payments are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. 

 

This includes, without limitation:

  • High-Impact Action Sessions

  • 1:1 coaching programs

  • Team coaching programs

  • Online courses and digital products

  • The Fluent & Fearless Community

  • Practice phone calls

  • Assessment services

  • Customized pronunciation tools

  • Asynchronous support (WhatsApp, email, voice messages)

  • All packaged or bundled services

 

Once payment is submitted—whether in full or through a payment plan—you receive immediate access to diagnostics, preparation, and resources. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstance.


2. Payment Plans

 

Payment plans are a convenience, not a subscription.

Clients agree to complete all instalments in full once enrolled.

 

Failure to complete a payment plan may result in suspension or termination of access to services. No refunds will be issued for partial payments, missed appointments, or unused services.


3. High-Impact Action Sessions

 

These sessions involve significant diagnostic work before the call begins.

For this reason:

 

HIAS sessions are strictly non-refundable once booked. 

Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

Coaching sessions follow the guidelines of the signed Coaching Agreement:

  • 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling

  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited

  • If the Coach must cancel, the session will be rescheduled promptly

 

Unused sessions do not qualify for refunds.


5. Digital Products & Online Courses

 

Digital materials—including worksheets, video modules, assessments, and downloadable content—are delivered instantly after purchase.

Therefore:

 

All digital products are non-refundable. 


6. Guarantee (If Applicable)

 

Some coaching programs include a performance guarantee defined in the Coaching Agreement.

This guarantee does not imply monetary refunds. Instead, it may provide:

  • Continued coaching

  • Additional support

  • Extended training

  • Revised action plans

 

The guarantee applies only if all conditions outlined in the Agreement are met.


7. Client Responsibility

 

Results depend on the Client’s effort, attendance, and consistent application of the training.

Non-participation, inconsistent attendance, or failure to complete assignments does not qualify for refunds or credits.


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

 

Initiating a chargeback or dispute is a violation of this policy.

 

We reserve the right to:

  • Provide payment evidence

  • Involve collections services

  • Terminate access to all programs

  • Refuse future services

 

All disputes are governed by Québec law.


9. Exceptional Circumstances

 

In rare cases (medical emergencies, bereavement), we may provide:

  • A temporary pause

  • A scheduling extension

  • Credit toward future services

 

These cases are evaluated individually.

Refunds are not provided under any circumstance, even in exceptional cases.
